Tori is originally from Macedonia, SC but has lived in the North Charleston area for the past few years. Tori graduated from Charleston Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in choral music education, where she studied voice under Professor Ricard Bordas and participated in multiple ensembles. Currently, Tori sings with the Hilton Head Choral Society and teaches choral music in the North Charleston area. |
Tori's Teaching Style
"In my experiences as a musician and as an educator, it is important to have a student-centered approach when it comes to teaching. Education should be taught with fun and play in mind. I am a big supporter of disguised learning and making the experience of learning new things enjoyable for all ages.
My main goal is personalize lessons in a way that best suits a student's needs and abilities. I want to be able to teach individuals that learning new things does not have to be hard and it can be a fulfilling experience once you set your mind to it."
