ESTF Funding Responsibility

For students utilizing ESTF funding, I understand that approval or anticipated payment through ESTF does not relieve me of financial responsibility for services provided by SC Music Lessons LLC. If ESTF funding is denied, unavailable, reversed, or otherwise not received for lessons that have already been provided, I agree to be personally responsible for the full amount due for those services. I understand that any unpaid balance resulting from ESTF non-payment will become my responsibility and must be paid directly to SC Music Lessons LLC.

Additionally, SC Music Lessons LLC reserves the right to pause lessons until outstanding ESTF payments or funding issues are resolved.
