We are looking forward to providing private music lessons for your scholar! Please complete the contract below to enroll.

After submitting the form, you’ll be directed to the payment page. For tuition, $128 is due at enrollment, followed by four monthly payments of $128, automatically charged on the 1st of each month.

    Step #1: Music Lesson Contract

Please complete all below information, designating N/A (not applicable) as needed. Thank you!

    CONTACT INFORMATION:

Important considerations, please carefully read each statement and sign at the end:

    TUITION & OTHER EXPENSES

    • Following the initial payment, monthly lesson fees are paid by auto draft on the 1st of each month.

    • If client's payment is denied, the client will be notified immediately. Payment must be received prior to their next lesson or the student will relinquish their lesson slot.

    • In addition to lesson fees, instructors will give direction on which music books, sheet music, and resources the student should purchase. Students can expect to invest approximately $15-$30/semester.

    • Students who enroll in lessons must secure their own instrument within a month of beginning lessons as practicing during the week is just as important as the lesson itself. Of course, we will help point you in the right direction!

    STUDENT'S ATTENDANCE

    • Students are reserving a specific time slot with the instructor and are expected to arrive on time for their lessons.

    • * Payment is retained for scholar's missed lessons and cancellations. (The semester begins January 22nd and concludes on May 21st. No choir is held on April 9th (Spring Break), plus the instructor is allotted one sick day per semester. Each student receives 16 lessons.)

      * To note, similar to other extracurricular activities (e.g., sports teams, dance studios, band, and orchestra), students still receive the value of being a part of lessons even if they need to miss on occasion. Tuition not only takes into consideration the actual lesson time but also the time instructors dedicate to their professional development, choosing students' repertoire, planning recitals, and more.

    COMMUNICATION:

    • It is both the client and instructor's responsibility to inform the company's administration if there are any concerns at any time.

    PRACTICE:

    • Although instructors' specific expectations may vary, weekly practice is a requirement. Students who establish good practice habits from the beginning will progress more rapidly and find practice and lessons more enjoyable. No matter the age of a student, there is no overnight magic available that will make him or her a virtuoso. If a student wants to play better, practicing frequently and carefully is the only known solution. Parents must remain involved by providing structure and helping their child reach their practice goals.
